A fundraising campaign treating disability
OIC organizations: The Cambodian Project, a non-governmental not-for-profits in the country created a fundraising campaign for sponsors to treat children who are sick.
Tuesday OIC has established a forum called TosFund which is a non-profit website to raise money for a $ 5 billion for users to put on training professionals treating disabilities to 180 teachers in Battambang, Kandal, Prey Veng, Pursat Siem Reap and Phnom Penh.
The organization claimed that after the end of the course to train these teachers will take the knowledge they get to treat go to children who are experiencing difficulties in studies and daily communication because defects in their most problems are caused by brain in its base.
Weh Yeoh and managing director of the OIC, said the fundraising campaign is the first in the country and he really feels very excited to be a part of it.
He said: 'Try to imagine that you are a parent who has been treating disability but instead this can not go back, it will be a great loneliness incredible. The campaign will give hope to them and provide opportunities for their children to school as usual.
According to the data of the OIC population of about 6 thousand people, one in 25 people being treatment capabilities.
